About Brightwater

Brightwater is led by Durham Wildlife Trust and is a Landscape Partnership Scheme centred on the catchment of the River Skerne in southern County Durham and Darlington, an area of approximately 200 km 2 that extends from the Durham Magnesian Limestone Plateau in the north to the Tees Lowlands in the south. Landscape Partnerships are a funding programme operated by The National Lottery Heritage Fund (TNLHF), one of the National Lottery distribution bodies that give out grants to good causes. TNLHF provides grants to support projects that promote understanding, valuing and sharing of heritage to bring people together, inspire pride in communities and boost investment in local economies.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced team supervisor to lead a team of Wetland Operatives delivering a programme of landscape and habitat improvements designed by our client for the Brightwater Partnership.

About the Organisation

Their local programmes and services are tailored to the needs of partners and communities in each locality. When all that local activity is added together, it becomes a major force for regional change.
