Technical Support (Abacus banking platform) - Homeworking (EU Time-zone)

We are currently looking for an Abacus banking platform - Homeworking (EU Time-zone)- UK/Europe.

Please find the details as below.

  • Start date: Start July
  • Job type: 6 months renewable contract
  • Location: Can be home-based 100%, located anywhere in the EU Time-zone
  • Contract rate: £ market rate

Required Skills and Exp:

  • The roles sit in the service desk team, 1st/2nd level technical support direct to Abacus customers.
  • They must come from a developer/technical background, they will be working directly with customers to analyse the problem,
  • And if necessary work with the development team, raise Jira support tickets and handover.
  • The role will involve them to share knowledge across team and train new colleagues when they join.
  • Experience of working with service desk system like Zendesk, Remedy
  • Must have good knowledge of the Abacus banking platform.
