Global Incident Manager - ServiceNow - Process Owner - Paris


Our client, the technology arm of a major European Financial Services organisation seeks an experienced Incident Manager to work out of their Paris office, helping drive through the global standardisation of their Incident Management processes (covering over 100k incidents pa Globally).


Candidates should be fluent in English and French, be comfortable working close to the technical detail but also have the gravitas and confidence to play a key role in ensuring that all global offices are successful in their transition to the new Incident Management process.


Previous experience of ServiceNow is essential.


To c€80k base + bonus + Benefits.
