Service Manager 3-6 months Berkshire/Dublin £400-450 per day

Parity Group are delighted to partner with our client, a prestigious organisation, who is looking to recruit a Service Manager on an initial 3-Month contract basis to cover evenings and weekends, this role will answer to their site in either Berkshire or Dublin.

Please note this role requires engagement with an umbrella company for payment, you will receive a daily rate of £400-500 or up to 500 Euros plus expenses.

You will be responsible for the planning of end-user support post-go live focusing on customer support, data integrity, and system stability. The project is at HyperCare stage and the effort will leverage the knowledge and experience of each work stream and require coordination and collaboration between functional, technical, and security experts, as well as the client.

What will you be doing?

  • Understanding systems and interfaces and the triage and resolution of incidents.

  • Work alongside customers OAT Manager to develop and share comms with users, Version 1 team and 3rd parties as required.

  • Manage the logging, assignment, tracking and resolution of all logged Hypercare incidents.

  • Provide daily business updates to leads and stakeholders to update on status of open incidents.

  • Issue daily dashboard reflecting Hypercare status to key stakeholders.

  • Facilitate engagement with the MSP provider/Support team (BAU support provider) through shadowing and reverse shadowing phases.

  • Manage successful delivery of key fixes & high priority incidents.

  • Manage Knowledge Transfer to the internal client BAU team.

I would love to speak to candidates with Customer Care Project Management experience ideally from the retail space who has supported high street systems with:

  • Overall strong Project Management capabilities and proven experience in delivering complex projects.

  • Knowledge of PRINCE 2 and experience of standard Project Management work practices would be an advantage.

  • Strong stakeholder management, communication and organisational skills

  • Demonstrated experience of implementation.

  • Demonstrated project management experience, be an excellent communicator, calm under pressure and possess clear attention to detail.
