We have a fantastic opportunity for a number of experienced Client Service Executives/Account Managers or Customer Relationship Manager to work with an innovative, fast-growing and award winning, B2B Tech and Digital Marketing organisation based in central Brighton.

As a B2B Account Manager/Client Services Executive, you’ll be responsible for nurturing, maintaining, growing and retaining the fast-growing client base.

Key Responsibilities:

* Taking ownership of a portfolio of new and existing clients, with responsibility for building strong client relationships

* Have a confident understanding of the client needs and business objectives

* Onboard new clients (post-sales) and monitoring the client campaigns to deliver the best possible opportunities and delivery of results that meet and exceed the clients’ expectations

Person Specification:

* Experience in building and developing B2B client relationships

* Excellent communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills

* Highly organised with strong analytical ability to draw insights from data and identify opportunities

* Creative problem solver

* Self-starter attitude with the ability to work well independently and self-manage workload effectively

* Fun and hungry to learn!

You’ll need to have fantastic communication skills both written and verbal as well as experience in Customer Account Management where you have looked after a base of client accounts.

The salary is up to £30,000 pa with generous bonus structure
