A rapidly scaling US (South CA) Technology business who work with global brands and large enterprises, to create process automation and enterprise content management software. Their suite of products allows their customers to deliver digital-first experiences and harness data to drive business growth. Due to continued investment and growth, they are now launching their brand into the EMEA market with Dublin being their core Tech hub.
Your new role
As a Cloud Support Engineer you will play a key role in the scalability, reliability and security for this organisations SaaS cloud service, across multiple clients in multiple industries. You will expedite issue resolution, and enhance the DevOps processes for there fast-growing SaaS system. As part of our 24/7 support team, you will also help maintain our cloud system, provide post-issue analysis, and serve as a program resource for delivering SLAs. You will gain the opportunity to further enhance your skills and technical ability across programming/Scripting and be a key hire within the early stage build out of an EMEA Tech function in Dublin
