SAP Success Factors Consultant

Whitehall Resources are currently recruiting for a SAP Success Factors Consultant based in Sweden for a 10 month contract working on a part time basis.

Main responsibilities include:

- Develop a project plan and method for implementation activities carried out by implementation consultants and operations.
- Ensure that functionality follows SAP best practice and that deviations are approved and documented.
- Responsible for carrying out activities and supporting the activities in all phases of the project together with other implementation consultants:
- Collect and document requirements based on the needs of the business and be responsible for compiling requirements in Employee Central and Compensation workbooks.
- Iterations.
- UAT tester.
- Training for end users.
- Support the business with cut-over activities and go-live.
- Provide support for data laundering and data migration activities.
- Provide support for integration work.
- Work together with the business in the production of manuals and other project documentation.
- Support the HCM project in the development of new processes linked to functionality in Employee Central and Compensation.
- Support the HCM project in the work (under the SAFem methodology).

Requirements:

- Senior SAP consultant with 8-10 years of experience in SAP HR and SuccessFactors.
- SAP consultant within SuccessFactors with good experience of complex projects with both business and IT parts. Previous experience of planning, operating and responsible for activities linked to the implementation of SuccessFactors Employee Central and Compensation.
- Very good collaboration skills and the ability to independently navigate complex organizations.
- Experience and understanding of HR processes (such as hiring, off-boarding, job architecture, performance management, payroll auditing).
- Experience of other similar projects where integration with staffing and payroll systems for staffing activities exists.
- Experience of the SAFe methodology is an advantage.

Execution of the assignment:

part time, 50% with a gradual increase, (August 30%, September 50% and then 50%), The assignment is located at the clients site in Sweden
