POS Technical Support Analyst & Lead

Our client has a need for both POS Technical Support Analysts and a Lead on 3rd shift for an upcoming project.
- Technical Support and Lead consultants will work starting at 8PM Sunday evening through Thursday evening, 8 hours per night.
- These consultants will be working with store team members, and installation technicians to ensure the POS hardware is installed per plan and escalating any issues to the leads as needed. They will also perform various configurations needed to turn the systems over for validation.
- These consultants will serve as the team leads each night, they will perform the same functions as the support consultants, but with increased lead activities related to the other team members, they will also escalate issues to the POS on call team member if needed.
