Account Manager
PSI Talent have an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to join a rapidly expanding company as an Account Manager (initially home based).
You will be an experienced and professional Account Manager who can support one of the company’s leading food retail clients and your key objective is to be responsible for the day-to-day service delivery to the client and support to their internal teams.
This position is a 3-month FTC, however there is potential for this to be extended and may also move to being onsite in Warwickshire.
The salary on offer is between £27,000 - £37,000 (pro rata depending on experience/background
Working hours are Monday to Friday – 40 hours pw, however there is flexibility around start/finish times.
The ideal Account Manager will be approachable, pro-active, organised and a resilient individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will need the ability to communicate effectively, in a friendly and straightforward manner, prioritising your own workload to meet deadlines. You should excel at developing professional client relationships, ensuring the needs of the client are met.
Key Responsibilities of the Account Manager will be:
* Service delivery to the client, internal & external stakeholder management
* Realising opportunities for the expansion and development of service provision
* To represent the company at client meetings
* Raising the profile and reputation of the company, by building relationships with key client stakeholders
* Compilation of performance & status reporting
* Project managing: capacity, capabilities & facilitating the client’s priorities.
* Managing client feedback and handling difficult conversations with stakeholders
Account Manager Skills & Experience required:
* Have 2-3 Years Account Management or Project Management experience
* Experience of FMCG, ideally within the food retail sector
* Excellent communication & great networking skills
* Team player essential
* Good IT Skills, particularly Excel & PowerPoint
* Accuracy, speed and attention to detail
* A positive ‘can do’ attitude and eagerness to learn.
* An ability to understand and develop processes
