Job Description

You are a "SAVVY" Successful Sales Manager from the school of hard knocks working for or have worked for a direct Sales B2B Company. The likelihood is you are busting to get into Senior Management and control a bigger team, but the opportunity isn't coming fast enough.

We have a vacancy for an Area Sales Manager overseeing a B2B Sales team across North & Central London. You will be responsible for the budget and management of the team. You will need to demonstrate your capabilities in Recruitment, Training, Managing and Motivating a large team of sales driven individuals. You will need to be Tenacious, Professional, Fair and Tough. You will have a strong personality; a cheeky sense of fun and social skills is a must. You will possess good analytic skills and a tertiary education would be an advantage but not entirely necessary.

You will love;
* Getting involved with the Salespeople and Managers - show not tell!
* Actively be in the market on a daily basis
* Leading and Motivating Sales Managers and their teams
* Proving your solid experience in B2B sales
* Proving your expertise in Recruitment and Training solutions

* Developing business plans and sales plans
