Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm with 1 hour for lunch
Benefits: 25 days annual leave (some bank holiday working may be required, a day in lieu would be allocated if required), Contributory Pension scheme, Share Incentive Plan

The role: This is a customer facing role requiring the applicant to deliver excellent customer service. It involves calling customers, monitoring the online ordering system and capturing sales orders received via email and phone. Promptly dealing with any delivery, service or stock problems and keeping the customer informed.
The day to day responsibilities in your new job would be:
Building and improving customer relationships.
Taking ownership of resolving customer issues.
Acting as a conduit between the customer, account managers, supply and distribution teams.Essential skills for this job:
Customer service experience
Have a professional and confident telephone manner
