Job Description - Sales Advisor

The primary role of "Contact Centre - Sales Advisor" is to answer inbound calls and make outbound calls. These calls involve converting learner driver enquiries and allocating pupils to our network of over 100 driving instructors nationwide. These pupils are enquiring about driving lessons, prices, courses and when they can get started with an instructor.

This role will also involve dealing with enquiries via social media platforms (primarily Facebook). This will be done via messages and as such, excellent written English is essential.

There is an element of administration required in this role, so somebody well organised who can work independently as well as part of a team, is essential.

Responsibilities

· Answering inbound and making outbound calls in a professional manner

· Provide customers with relevant information using customer service.

· Processing customer bookings and allocating over to Instructors.

· Dealing with Messages on CRM, keeping the messages clear

· Dealing with Messages on Facebook

· Making up training packs

· Keeping spreadsheets up to date with mileage/pass rates

· Uploading photos onto Facebook

· Ordering any stationery / checking stock levels

· Updating the CRM with call logs/notes

Skills

· Keen attention to detail

· Positive friendly telephone manner

· Clear, accurate, verbal and written communication

· Capable of working with a team or using own initiative when needed.

· Enthusiastic in handling customers at all times.

· Willing to learn and take on new challenges.
