We are currently seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team on a full-time basis.

The Role
 
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for building and developing our customer base and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
 
In this role, you will create profitable revenue streams by developing and executing a sales business plan which meets and exceeds targets and KPIs.
 
By developing an excellent understanding of our products and services, you will create lasting relationships with our clients and grow new profitable revenue.
 
Additionally, you will:
 
- Become familiar with our systems and processes to support the end-to-end sales cycle
- Deploy, execute and review account development plans for new clients
- Define, develop and own customer relationships and customer contact strategy
- Deliver campaigns and events to help deliver profit and revenue growth targets
- Ensure accurate and timely management of systems
 
About You
 
To join us as a Business Development Manager, you will need:
 
- Proven sales experience, ideally from a tech background
- Outstanding sales, communication and relationship-building skills
-  A broad, relevant knowledge of technology
- Superior professional presence and business acumen
- A strong customer focus
