My Client working in the Fintech space are looking for a Remote Product Manager with offices in london.

The Product Manager role is to work with the CTO to continue to shape our product vision and then work with the product team and the wider business to deliver our products to market. This means determining the biggest opportunities, aligning development teams, marketing, sales and client services to deliver coherent products.

Between feedback from in-product analytics, customers, the Development Team, Sales, Marketing and Client Services, everyone has an opinion on your direction. Luckily, you have great intuition about what's really important, and the discipline to pursue evidence to (in)validate your ideas.

Day-to-day this means collaboratively planning and executing research to answer hard questions. It means spotting opportunities and finding ways to capitalise on them. It means working closely with User Experience, The Development Team and the relevant internal/external teams to shape the offering. This can involve interrogating company and product data to help with decision making. Reporting to the CTO, you will play a key part in companies future at an exciting time in the company's growth.

This is a position for an analytical thinker who can effectively synthesise and prioritise business needs. They are looking for an exceptional communicator who is happy managing multiple stakeholders. Job requirements

Main duties and responsibilities

  • Manage both internal and external stakeholders at all levels to ensure user needs are met by product and that expectations are managed
  • Manage and prioritise development backlog
  • Work closely with development team to ensure business requirements are effectively understood and built into technical features
  • Work closely with UX designer to ensure business needs are being effectively built into designs
  • Manage business analyst
  • Support CTO in the development of the product vision

Qualifications and Skills

We are looking for someone with the following qualifications, skills and experience:

  • Previous experience working with a development team and knowledge of Agile
  • Project management experience on a software project
  • Commercial acumen
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience of both internal and external stakeholder management
  • Comfortable synthesising large amounts of data and prioritising outcomes
  • Enthusiasm about engaging with others to create great products and services

The ideal candidate will be able to both manage technical projects and gain a deep knowledge of our key products, and be able to communicate the features and benefits of these confidently and adaptably with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
