Genesys Cloud Support Engineer - 2nd Line

Eximius are working with a technology solutions provider who are hiring for a Genesys Cloud engineer to support their clients with 2nd line queries and issues. This role requires 1-2 years Genesys Cloud technical support experience.
You will be part of an in house support team working with a range of clients from SME through to Enterprise level. The work can be done fully remotely in UK hours. Initially it's a 3 month rolling contract but the role is part of the BAU team so we expect this to be a long term opportunity. This is the ideal role for a contact centre professional who is looking to vary their Genesys Cloud experience and build up more professional services support experience.
The role will be inside of IR35 if contractors are based in the UK. Apply now as the client can have someone start immediately.
