Working for a leading fluid power distributor in the engineering industry.
Constantly growing and looking to build the company over the next few years.
Have their own specific training programme which all employees undergo.

Selling across their range of Pneumatics, Compressors and Process Engineering equipment
Covering the East Midlands area
Working closely with the Field Sales Team to create a new revenue stream from existing and new customers.
Focussing on providing excellent support to customers.
Business development focused.
Proactively selling the company’s products to customers.
£37k-£42k basic salary, Bonus up to £12k + Additional Commission opportunities, Pension, 22 days annual leave
The Ideal Person:
Someone from an engineering distribution background who has knowledge of the customers on the area.
Experience in up-selling products/services to customer.
Fluid power knowledge would be a big advantage but equally someone from Rubix, Eriks or similar would also be considered.
Used to dealing with customers face-to-face.
Must come from a field sales background.
Ideally with a technical qualification.
