One of our Blue Chip Clients is urgently looking for a Net Nature Positive Consultant.

For this role you can initially work remotely, but once the COVID restrictions are lifted you may need to spend some time in Brussels.

Net Nature positive Senior Consultant

Key Responsibilities
To assist the Global Engineering team in the implementation of net nature positive programmes.
Working with the Vx site managers to implement programmes of work
Zero waste from operations, circular outflow, zero single use plastics in our operations
Maintain zero waste to landfill
Reducing packaging environmental impact, supporting sustainable sourcing
Supporting site biodiversity planning

Basic Qualifications
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
Degree level qualifications in an appropriate discipline
A proven ability to define and lead a complex programme of multi-site site activity, realizing proven benefits
Complex programme management and project management experience
A track record of working with and influencing a wide range of senior and practitioner stakeholders at site and above site levels to develop and deliver coherent improvement activity and changes in ways of working
An in depth understanding of site utilities and services and their contribution to manufacturing operations
The ability to analyse, trend and summarize data, then to communicate results and conclusions effectively
The ability to grasp detail, sensitivities and business context to make necessary recommendations
An ability to lead and facilitate site and inter-site workshops attended by multi-functional staff
A proven track record of problem solving, innovation and ability to apply new technology.
Extensive experience of running and participating in change and continuous improvement programmes and workshops
Experience of Project Planning over 1-4 year time horizons
Successfully applied project management methods and controls in improvement projects

Preferred Qualifications
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
An Engineering, Procurement or EHS professional.
Experienced in Sustainability Programmes at site level and Supply Chain level
Detailed or specialised knowledge of Sustainability practices and techniques and may be able demonstrate technical mastery in these fields
Up-to-date knowledge of international government and industry trends, regulations and practices in sustainability
Expert knowledge of Sustainability Data Reporting at a Corporate level
