A leading educational institute based in London is currently recruiting for a Salesforce Developer to help support and build upon the newly acquired platform. The salesforce developer will be responsible for designing and developing customised solutions within the Salesforce platform. The remit of the role will be varying and will involve liaising with stakeholders, coding new salesforce applications, creating workflows and troubleshooting etc.
*Meeting and working with stakeholders to determine CRM needs
*Developing customised solutions within the Salesforce platform
*Designing, coding and implementing Salesforce applications.
*Creating timelines and development goals.
*Troubleshooting and fixing bugs
*Writing documents and providing technical training
*Maintaining the security and integrity of the application
*Providing support and updates via Service Management Tool
*Potential to work alongside ongoing Project/Programmes
*Proven advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM platform
*Previous experience of working with software and application development
*Ability to problem solve high-level software with application issues.
*Experience delivering customer-facing interfaces
*Ability to Project Manage workload and deliverables
*Strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
*Interpreting end-user needs into Salesforce creation supplies
*Working hand in hand with branches to collect business necessities and identify business procedures
*Solid understanding of and detailed experience with (url removed) architecture and AP
*Detailed experience writing Visualforce and Apex classes and triggers
*Strong understanding of relational databases
*Experience using Salesforce data tools (Data Loader, Excel Connector, DemandTools, Eclipse (url removed) IDE)
