Office 365 Administrator required for our prestigious client, this is a fully remote position.

Our client utilizes the O365 suite for its retail & corporate environments including email, onedrive, sharepoint, Teams, AAD, Endpoint, Security & Device management.

Certification in 365 is mandatory for this role as it is a customer requirement.

Senovo IT requires a senior 365 Senior Administrator to bring pedigree and depth to the existing team in executing both the Operational day to day activities, services continuous improvement & Project work

Scope of Services
Resource to have below skills:
o 365 administrator with 4+ years' experience (365 + Intune).
o Seniority with industry experience 5-8 years minimum.
o Solid Infrastructure background, strong understanding of 365 infrastructure, Active Directory and/or Azure AD.
o Solid MS Exchange Skills
o Solid SharePoint Skills.
o Knowledge of Authentication, Identity and Access Management (IAM), and Conditional Access Policies.
o Solid understanding of Windows administration and PowerShell Scripting.
o Working knowledge of Microsoft EMS (Enterprise Mobility and Security) components include -but not limited- to Azure Active Directory Premium and Intune.

Responsibilities & Duties:

Subject Matter Expert on 365 & Intune
Administrate 365 & Intune
Identify and implement the most optimal 365 solution, policies and process
Provide customer-facing product engineering support for Office365.
Provide Real Time client support for faster resolution of 365 cases.
As a knowledge champion, be the focal point for communications, coordination and overall adherence to the Microsoft Office 365 knowledge management program.
Manage Office 365 and monitor Office 365 service health.
Evaluate Office 365 capabilities and make recommendations for leveraging new features as part of the overall roadmap definitions.
Keep up with industry knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, concepts, and best practices.
Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Sharepoint Online, Endpoint & Intune administration.
Assist with the migration of data into Office 365 if necessary.
Maintain a highly secure Office 365 system through proper configuration.
Work closely with Information Security to establish & evolve Office 365 access monitoring policies and guidelines.
Troubleshoot Office 365 issues including connectivity and mobility.
Office 365 user administration, including the removal of user accounts, management of service requests, file sharing and permissions, group policies, etc.
On-going analysis of current Office 365 security features.
Serve as a knowledge expert on Office 365 applications, advising on best practices of use and third party integrations.
Assist in the architecture of and administration of security policies encompassing all Office 365 and Azure services.
Define, build & document Office 365 administrative procedures where required
Identify automations, process or workflow improvements & work with the Tooling & Service management team to implement
Recommend and implement governance techniques
Continually nurture our white-glove support culture in an Office 365 environment.

a. Services will be performed remotely during the Swiss business days & CET business hours ie 8:30 AM to 18:00 PM Monday through Friday. Working outside of these hours shall be required as and when depending on the Operational need eg Major Incidents

b. The designated personnel/s shall work as part of the Team and taking Operationally specific directions from designated representative with respect to their work. A designated Supplier Manager will take care of other aspects like people and performance management for the candidate.
