Senovo IT is urgently looking for an IT Infrastructure Project Manager for a long term contract fully remote; candidates location has to be in Europe and the candidate will have to speak fluent English and at least another European language.

Infrastructure Project Manager (I-PM) Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsible for the delivery of IT projects for the business and users to meet identified business needs, acquiring and utilizing the necessary resources and skills, within agreed parameters of cost, timescales and quality
Support the Programme Manager during project initiation phases by preparing viable plans, cost estimates and providing input into Project Briefs and Business Cases
Structure, Plan & Drive the multi-cloud RFP & transition/transformation project
Deliver and own all assigned infrastructure projects and transformation processes end-to-end involving stakeholders and key subject matter experts as required
Define the Operational, Service Ramp-up and Handover activities
Ensure project performance and progress is to specification, to budget and follows agreed activities & milestones
Maintain effective financial and progress management, change management and reporting processes
Appropriately support governance forums, boards and general meetings by providing accurate progress reports, project documentation and clear understanding of the developing project
Liaise with multiple stakeholders such as IT operational owners, architecture, security, 3rd party suppliers
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Ensure resource availability and allocation
Identify, manage and escalate significant risks or issues to the Program manager
Undertake Due Diligence and business analysis, reporting back with recommendations
Driving planning workshops to define scope and critical path
Develop & contribute to the Project Management governance and documentation set
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
Establish and maintain relationships with users, stakeholders & third parties/vendors
Document stakeholder scope and clarify specific requirements of each project
Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
Ability to define roadmap, milestone, KPI's and checkpoints for project delivery
Strong knowledge in Change management process and ability to apply them with stakeholders
Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs
Perform other related duties as assigned

Infrastructure Project Manager (I-PM) Skills/Requirements:
Previous experience leading RFP, Schedules & Cloud transition and transformation projects
Strong knowledge in reviewing RFI, RFP and implementing the schedule & negotiation process with the different parties
10+ years' experience delivering Infrastructure Projects with specific focus on implementing successful operational & service change
Project Management Institute (PMI) framework and demonstrated work-related experience utilizing waterfall in multiple enterprise projects.
Knowledge of various project management methodologies such as agile/scrum is desirable
Proven leadership, stakeholder & vendor management coupled with problem-solving skills
Excellent presentation and written/verbal communication skills working with teams across different time zones
Able to establish & then lead high performing project teams
Proven ability to lead & delegate effectively while reporting clear status to senior management
Strong industry knowledge in Infra life cycle, deployment and decommission process
Proven PMO skills in Due Diligence, Risk tracking, Reporting, and Governance
Advanced computer skills and in-depth knowledge of different operating systems, network administration and service desk administration.
Demonstrated evidence of analytical thinking and problem-solving

Infrastructure Project Manager (I-PM) Qualifications:
Good to be certified/trained in PMP, Prince2, ITIL, PCI-DSS and TOGAF9
Excellent English (C2)
