Energy Bureau Administrator

An opportunity to join a growing, highly established Energy and Sustainability Consultancy as an Energy Burueau Administrator, to support the growth of their bill validation service across UK. Our client would be particularly interested in seeing people who have previous experience in an administration position at an energy firm and an preliminary understanding of accountancy or finance.
Qualifications & Experience:
Our client is looking for someone who is able to take on a technical administration role and is proficient with inputting data via Microsoft Excel, handling invoicing and customer liaison. Primary duties will include:
* Retrieving utility bills
* Inputting data into internal database
* Validating invoices
* Liaise with suppliers to resolve discrepancies
* Ensure correct and timely invoicing of clients
Role & Company:
Our client finished 2020 in a strong and stable financial position, enabling them to kick off 2021 with a recruitment drive across the business. This yeat have continued to grow steadily and consistently and are ambitious to continue their upward trajectory.
You will join an existing team of two exisisting administrators within a wider division of eight other colleagues, to support the existing team in delivering a high quality Bill Validation service to clients across the UK, ensuring clients benefit from the most suitable contract solution at the best possible price.
This role also offers an excellent opportunity to develop from into a line manager over the coming years in line with the company's growth plans. Our client is also open transition into other areas of the business, if the successful candidate is willing and able.
