Supporter Engineer (Level 3 - DevOps)

Experis Switzerland is looking for an experienced Supporter Engineer (Level 3 - DevOps). Our client is a well-known company. It is a temporary assignment based in Lausanne, with a potential extension.

  • Location: Lausanne

  • Start Date: ASAP

  • Duration: 6 months (an option for extension)

Your profile:

  • Level 2/3 support of digital solutions for banking customers

  • Knowledge of Linux operating systems

  • Knowledge of ITIL processes (incident management, change management, release management)

  • Knowledge of containerization and automation solutions (eg Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes, Openshift, Jenkins, GIT)

  • Preferably a background in a banking environment

  • Degree in Computer Science/IT or MIS

  • Communicative personality

  • Excellent French & English skills, German is an advantage

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Operational management (Incident, Change, Release, etc.)

  • Implementation of DevOps concepts (eg CI/CD)

  • Preferred technical point of contact internally and for customers (French and English)

  • Update of technical documentation
