Business Analyst/Project Manager
Up to 65K/year plus excellent benefits

Fullstack London is currently on the hunt for an experienced Business Analyst/Project Manager on behalf of one of their most Internationally-recognised clients.

With a high-performance company culture our client is poised for significant growth, with a strategy to grow to double in size over next three years. The leadership team is experienced, dynamic and client-centric, and the focus for growth is around new technology offerings that compliment current services and additional market share from emerging markets.

We're looking for a committed and experienced Business Analyst/Project Manager to manage projects and provide internal business and technical consultancy across the organisation. The requirement is for a hybrid BA/PM that isn't afraid to get involved where needed to help the team. You will be delivering your own projects end to end in an environment that will give you the freedom to choose the right level of governance and process for each project.

You will join at a time that will allow you to jump into a number of projects, with a team of talented and driven individuals that work together to get things done. The role is a mixture of Business Analysis and Project Management, however the client is open to considering BA's who do not necessarily have the PM exposure but are interested in broadening their role to include more hybrid responsibilities.

From a BA perspective, you will need to be a detailed, analytical BA able to work with the business to write thorough BRD's and FRD's. As a PM, you will need to keep projects ticking along and you will manage medium to large scaled projects across the division from start to finish.

Some key requirements for this role include:

  • Proven track record of performing IT Business Analysis and Project Management
  • Proven experience sitting in a Front Office environment.
  • Proven experience of writing technical documentation
  • Proven experience in managing key stakeholders
  • Experience managing small-medium sized projects as a PM (desirable).

What You'll need to Succeed
A strong analytical background with the ability to draw out and document requirements from a range of individuals from around the business. You will also need strong organisational skills to manage the project life cycle.

Personal abilities/skills:

  • Articulate and able to communicate with others
  • Collaborative
  • Flexible
  • Comfortable with Customer facing meetings.
  • Problem solving skills.

What you'll get in Return
In return, you can expect to be given considerable responsibility for implementation, and work closely with a small leadership team where your efforts and success will be noticed. We offer a competitive renumeration package, including free gym membership, private medical care and an employer pension contribution of 5% (based on the employee contributing 5%).

This is an excellent role in a slick and successful organisation. If you're interested and would like to apply please send me your CV ASAP.
