My client a leading Energy company based in Sunbury requires a HR Reward Analyst for a 12 month contract @ £231.44 per day (inside ir35)

Role Intent -

  • Supports delivery of reward & wellbeing global operations activities in the Project, Data & Benchmarking team
  • Provides reward analytical and data automation expertise in support of global Reward & Wellbeing strategy
  • Contributes to providing reward solutions which are fit for purpose and supporting the companies new purpose
  • Ensures alignment to all internal and external policies and principles

Minimum Requirements -

  • Basic understanding of global reward operational processes {including survey benchmarking, pay structure creation, budgeting)
  • Strong analytical and numeracy skills
  • Good knowledge on data automation tools and technology
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong process improvement aptitude
  • Good project and relationship skills Strong 'One Team' behaviours
  • Fluent in English

Preferred -

  • Experienced in advanced excel and Power BI
  • Working knowledge of the business, working with third party survey providers

Role Core Responsibilities/Requirements -

  • Provide accurate and timely reward analysis
  • Work with colleagues to provide benchmark data and market insights using salary survey data and available sources
  • Support implementation and ongoing maintenance of the CAST Back Office tool for benchmarking and market analytical work
  • Provide recurring and ad hoc reporting in support of all reward delivery teams using internal and external data sources
  • Simplify and standardise agreed reward processes and activities globally leveraging available tools and technologies
  • Coordinate global survey participation and administration activities for relevant vendors
  • Support the delivery and execution of timely and accurate reward operations across all areas of reward including compensation, benefits, IM and equity
  • Consistently apply reward process and policy in line with group standards
  • Support global reward projects as required
