My client a leading Energy Supplier based in Sunbury requires a Service Owner - Service Desk

  • Manage a large global Service Desk in accordance with scope, budget and strategic plans.
  • The scope (80K users across 65 countries) encompasses managing the delivery of services from an external provider to ensure optimal performance in line with agreed service levels and supporting the client engagement process to ensure satisfaction with services.
  • Typical activities include service level management, supplier management, service integration across multiple service providers (external or internal), supporting service recovery from incidents and crises, managing service introduction, project transition and continual service improvement.
  • The role also ensures that services and service providers comply with standards and policies, including HSSE, security and regulatory requirements, and contributes to service continuity planning.
  • The role acts as a primary escalation point and has a strong interface with Vendor Management to ensure effective supplier management, and the support organisation to ensure effective delivery of end-to-end services.
