A successful Digital Sales representative connects with prospects, identifies key needs, addresses any pain points, and engages technical resources as needed to solve the customer's business requirements. The role also includes the growth of existing accounts, providing a positive customer experience, and minimizing attrition. The Digital Inbound Sales representative is the face of companies Public Cloud for all customers, new and existing, personal users, up to an including the largest Enterprise Accounts.

Essential Duties:

- Revenue Growth
- Issue Resolution
- Customer Retention
- Live Chat (All customers)
- Phones Calls (All customers)
- Tickets (All Sales)
- E-mail (Sales Inbox - New and Existing Customers)
- Salesforce Activities
- Order Verificaiton

. Skilled working in a fast-paced selling environment with direct customer interaction and a wide range of customer types
. Goal-oriented maintains a sense of urgency in a deadline-driven setting
. Self-sufficient with the ability to work well in a high team-oriented environment
. Ability to work a set schedule, with willingness and flexibility to adjust schedule when the need arises (may include early, late, or weekend hours)
. Ability to leverage resources throughout the business to solve complex problems
. Excellent follow-up skills
. Strong presentation skills
. Strong written skills
. Ability to travel up to 10% annually
. Fluent (spoken/written) in English with additional language proficiency's favourable
. At least 18 months sales experience with focus in cloud solutions preferred
. Fluency in English and German/English and French
