CX Consultant - Genesys Cloud (Customer Experience)

We have an immediate contract opportunity for a CX consultant who can lead Contact Center transformation projects delivering the CX in a contact centre environment, vendor product knowledge essential.

Expert level contact center understanding
Expert level knowledge of Genesys Cloud & Genesys Engage
Good level knowledge of AW365 Dialogue
Hand on experience with CRM (Salesforce, SAP) integration to Genesys Cloud and AW365
Very good understanding of voice and chat bots solution (google, amazon), analytics (Verint)
Vonage API knowledge
Additional CX vendor knowledge would be nice to have (eg NiceIn Contact, Cisco etc..)
