*Programme Coordinator - Central London - Zone 1 - Permanent*

Are you currently working in a customer support or coordinator role but not being challenged enough?
Would you like to work in the world of learning and development?
Based in central London and working for one customer, you will help support cohorts of postgraduate students to ensure they are enrolled in their Master's courses and assist at every stage of their programme.
This role is ideal for someone who loves organising and planning with a view to project manage this programme - you don't need to have previous PM experience but this opportunity would help you grow and develop!
You will be responsible for all aspects of face to face, written, telephone interaction with learners, ensuring you give them an excellent level of customer service.
By providing good support to the students and internal departments, you'll be integral in creating a smooth journey for busy students who are top of their field and have to balance work and their education.
This permanent position will require you to work evenings twice a week (Weds/Thurs) and potential weekends on occasions - you will also need to be willing to undergo DV Clearance, so please check eligibility before applying for the role.
What will you bring to the role?
- Proven background in a coordinator or customer service role
- Use of Microsoft Office suite at a basic level (specifically Word and Excel)
- Great with people and customer orientated
- Finally, you may need to undergo DV or SC Clearance in the future and will therefore need to be willing to go through this
