As CISO Risk Coordinator, reporting to the Head of CISO & IT Risk Management, your mission will be to support CISO Management enabling them to achieve their objectives related to risk and control matters.

Concretely, the CISO risk coordinator role consists in:

  • Supporting the CISO division in risk identification, analysis, response and monitoring. This includes
    • Produce risk reports and ensure timely management of issues
    • Perform quality review and trends analyses of operational incidents
    • Support the various CISO departments in providing the appropriate evidencing upon closure of the mitigating actions and related issues
    • Upon need, attend the various teams' meetings to be informed about their activities, issues
    • Participate to the monthly meeting with IT Risk Ambassadors
    • Deliver risk training specific to the CISO division
  • Participating to the decision making process to ensure adequate response to identified risks
  • Work closely with Risk Management to integrate the new or enhanced components of ERM (Enterprise Risk Framework)
  • Support risk assessment on identified risk and support the search for appropriate mitigating actions to ensure we remain within our risk appetite.
  • Taking initiatives to document and communicate intensively to further increase risk and control awareness, knowledge and expertise.

  • Strong organization, prioritization management, coordination, reporting and communication skills:
    • Clearly communicate to a diversity of stakeholders what is expected
    • Coordinate all input/output to be implemented or applied and follow up on actions
    • Report autonomously and clearly towards consulted/impacted parties and management
