TRD Biologics & CGT Change Management & Implementation Lead

The TRD Biologics & CGT Change Management & Implementation Lead (CM&I Lead) plays a key role in ensuring projects (change initiatives) meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee acceptance and utilization


He/she will focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organizational structures.


The primary responsibility will be creating, driving and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee acceptance and utilization and fosters buy in. The CM&I Lead will work to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization of and proficiency with the changes that impact the TRD Biologics & CGT organization.

The CM&I Lead will act as a coach for leaders in helping them to fulfil the role of a change sponsor and ambassador.


He/she also provides direct support and coaching to all levels of managers as they help their direct reports through transitions. The CM&I Lead will also support Drug Enabling Project Teams in integrating change management activities into their project plans.


Major Activities:

1) Design, develop, and implement organizational change management strategies and methodologies
2) Assess change impact, change efforts and define feedback mechanisms that enable development and improvement of changes adoption
3) Define and implement change management processes, procedures, and mechanisms and apply a structured methodology to lead change management activities
4) Create actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, acceptancemanagement plan

Education (minimum/desirable): Minimum:
Advanced degree in Business or relevant discipline (Master or equivalent)

Desirable:
Certifications in change management (such as ADKAR), project management, or related areas

Languages:
Excellent English required (oral & written), German advantageous

Experience/Professional requirement:
1. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience Development, or a related industrial area (eg NTO, medical device development/manufacturing)
2. Minimum of 3 years in a leadership position with successful performance and track record in managing and leading changes, including solid knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
3. Excellent communication skills and ability to influence people and move toward a common vision or goal
4. Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges
5. Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project life cycle
6. Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts and able to work effectively at all levels in an organization
