Securities Data Management and Pricing Administrator - Dublin

Prestigious Dublin based client requires an accomplished Securities Data and Pricing Administrator to join their SDM Team. The Securities Data Management and Pricing Administrator will provide accurate and timely market data across a portfolio of Exchange Traded and OTC instruments. This data is ultimately used for NAV calculation and accurate Regulatory Reporting. You will need to understand the theoretical/technical nature of all listed security types - equities, bonds, derivatives & money market instruments.
*Successful candidate will act as oversight for global departments: ensure an excellent service standard, maintain a flow of communication, build relationships and continuously manage workflow between onshore and offshore locations.
*Display initiative by suggesting improvements to processes and taking ownership of service provided to clients. Use your qualifications and experience to add value to a global centre of excellence.
*You will require an ability to work within a tight, deadline driven environment. This will involve maintaining an attention to detail and ability to make decisions without missing agreed deadlines.
*Shift work across these times: 07:30 - 16:00; 08:00 - 16:30; 09:00 - 17:30; 10:00 - 18:30

*Securities data management
*Previous pricing
*An understanding of a wide range of fund structures including Mutual, Hedge, FOF, Private Equity, Real Estate & Complex Hybrid types.
*Asset Types priced include Exchange Traded Equities, Options and Futures, FX, Liquid Bonds and Bank Debt, distressed & illiquid Debt & Private Equity, complex CLO's, Swaps (CFD's/TRS's).
*The SDM Pricing Team support COB and Multiple Intraday Pricing Points for funds with daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly valuation cycles.
*The team also support price transparency and risk reporting analytics including Fair Value Measurement (FAS 157), Price Source and liquidity information & market depth.
*Strong clerical skills with particular focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
*Proficiency in using Microsoft packages particularly Excel.
*Knowledge of Visual Basic would be beneficial
*Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
*Excellent analytical, organizational, initiative and time management skills.
*Previous experience working in Fund Administration would be advantageous.
*History of driving change, encouraging process improvements and efficiencies & embracing the latest technologies.
*Keeping up to date on key regulatory, economic, social, and political trends throughout the world and their potential impact on the business.
*Motivated, enthusiastic with a professional approach to work.
