Overview of contract

On behalf of our client, a leading financial services institution in Zürich, we are looking for an In-house Recruitment Specialist. The successful candidate will join a busy team who are experiencing a high volume of recruitment requests.

This is a 6 month contract with the potential to extend and will be based in Zurich.

Main responsibilities

  • Project management and advice to the hiring management in relation to all aspects of recruiting.

  • Complete applicant management from the evaluation of the most suitable candidates to the offer.

  • Conducting interviews using professional, scientifically developed and innovative selection tools.

  • Responsibility for finding solutions to demanding recruiting issues in a global environment environment

  • Getting to know the wide range of bank profiles through close cooperation with various specialists.

Your skills:

  • 3-5 years' experience in recruiting with a minimum of 2 years being gained within in-house recruitment teams.

  • Excellent organisational skills, able to multi-task and prioritise a busy workload.

  • Confident communicator who is able to deal with stakeholders at all levels of the business.

  • Very strong IT knowledge in MS Office and relevant CRM systems

  • Fluency in written and spoken German and English
