Due to recent growth Mane Contract Services are actively looking for an experienced Business Developer / 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our Energy team to develop profitable, long term relationships with targeted and existing clients.
Must have recruitment experience within the Energy, Gas and Oil sector!

What you will be responsible for:
New business development, identifying and targeting accounts within the energy market
Understanding client requirements at both a strategic and tactical level to be able to offer the best business solutions
Building strong commercial and long-term relationships with prospects and clients
To identify new opportunities for product development within designated market sectors
Work collaboratively with other business areas to leverage opportunity and develop joined-up propositions.
Conducting sales meetings and presentations with prospective clients
Develop and maintain market knowledge
To achieve personal KPIs and sales targets
Mentoring/training new members of the team
What we are looking for:
Knowledge of the energy market
Recruitment industry experience or from an equivalent or relevant sector
Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft programmes
Experience of working to and achieving targets
Preparation and delivery of sales propositions and presentations
Speaking language: German or Dutch would be a bonus!
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Accountability and ownership
Very good verbal and written skills
A high level of pride in what you do
A desire to learn and excel at whatever you do
