Hours: Part-Time (Monday to Thursday)
Salary: £10.00 per hour plus up to 9% Employer Pension Contribution.


Our client, a Charitable Trust, are looking for a chatty and confident nature lover to help them welcome and look after new supporters over the telephone.


They are seeking someone who is highly skilled in customer service and passionate about the charity's nature conservation mission to thank new members for joining their community and giving them their financial support to help bring about nature's vital recovery. As an enthusiastic and engaging ambassador for the Trust's work, you will also inspire and enable new supporters to get even more involved with the organisation's work for wildlife and enjoy a range of wild events and experiences across Yorkshire.


Experience in customer-service would be a distinct advantage, through full training and support will be given. You will be required to represent the charity in a professional manner at all times, understand and adhere to fundraising and data-protection regulations and keep up to date with the charity's work by conducting your own research and attending team meetings, both virtually and in-person.


Closing date for receipt of completed application forms and accompanying equal opportunities monitoring form is 9am Monday 31st May.
Interviews will be held on Monday 14th June.
