Our client, a Charitable Trust, is looking for chatty and confident nature lovers to join their successful team and inspire the public to take urgent action for wildlife and wild places through membership. They are looking for people to cover West Yorkshire / North York Moors /The Yorkshire Dales /Harrogate / Ripon / Northallerton and Inner-city Bradford.

Wildlife Support Officer (Membership Recruiter)
Salary: £18,400 to £22,650 p.a. pro rata plus up to 9% Employer Pension Contribution
Location: Multiple sites across Yorkshire
Contracts available:

  • Seasonal / part-time - x3

  • Permanent / part-time - x2

As a Wildlife Supporter Officer, you will be on the very front line of this organisatin's charitable nature conservation mission, utilising your strong sales skills and your friendly and persuasive personality to encourage people to give us their financial support to bring about nature's vital recovery.

A typical working day will revolve around enthusing anyone and everyone you meet to take small and manageable steps to becoming a force for nature. You will work at a variety of events and locations across Yorkshire, including their very own nature reserves, farmers' markets, shopping centres, country shows and major festivals. Here you will pass on your passion for the charity's work and inspire people to support them with the help of a fully-branded gazebo and interactive display set up.

Closing date for receipt of completed application forms and accompanying equal opportunities monitoring form is 9am Monday 31st May.
Interviews will be held on Wednesday 9th and Thursday 10th June.
