We are very excited to be recruiting for a leading IT provider. The role will suit a project manager from a multi company MSP, or a Junior Project Manager looking to further their career.

This role is position at mid-level within the team, with the role encompassing a variety of project management tasks:

* Management of multiple, concurrent, complex, customer-facing IT application and infrastructure projects
* To be expected to manage all types and sizes of projects
* Holding the overall responsibility for the performance of the project from the point of order through to completion
* Will be required a proven and demonstrable track-record in management of all aspects of the project life cycle of the implementation of line of business applications such as ERP or CRM for example and/or infrastructure solutions

The role will also incorporate a presales remit. Duties include:
* Project Management assistance to the sales team for presales opportunities
* Deliver Project management overview for presales opportunities
* Assistance in pipeline opportunity planning
* Other administrative tasks that may be required

Essential skills:
* Project experience must be based on delivering multiple, simultaneous projects to external SME customers from a wide range of market / industry sectors
* Experience of managing a significant number of projects at any one time. Project mix would include both short and long-term projects
* Strong understanding of project life cycle for business applications and infrastructure solutions
* Good background in resource planning, management, and project budgets
* Experience of operating rigorous change control procedures
* Prince 2 qualifications
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Teams
* Excellent communication skills and experience of dealing with customers
* Good communicator with a professional telephone manner
* Well-presented and a welcoming and friendly manner
* Efficient, professional multitasker with a can-do attitude
* Good time management

Advantageous skills:
* Appreciation of core logistical business processes
* Some Agile project experience
* Experience of risk analysis, mitigation strategies and project costing
