Zachary Daniels are proud to be partnering with a Luxury Jewellery and Watch Business seeking an experienced Social Media Manager. With such a rich history within the sector, they are now looking to reach out and introduce a new generation to the business. With relationships with some of the most prestigious Watch and Jewellery brands this is a fantastic opportunity to shape and develop the marketing strategy for his business for years to come.

The role will be based in their London offices based in and around New Bond street.


Responsible for managing all (short term and long term) social content strategies (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and LinkedIn)
Responsible for increasing brand awareness, driving traffic to the website and cultivating leads and sales
Responsible for planning and integrating all marketing campaigns and monthly content across all social media platforms
Responsible for managing the planning and the execution of influencer and events. Including suggesting new partnerships, who we should be working with and when
Responsible for Blogger outreach and ROI tracking
Work seamlessly alongside the wider Marketing Teams in order to create a consistent marketing message
Work closely with the Creative Brand Director prior to a campaigns conception to align and build on their message and vision
Work alongside the wider marketing team to develop social guidelines for our international partners
Responsible for content planning - 1 month ahead
Responsible for monitoring content
Responsible for tracking social activity against defined targets
Responsible for analysing data and reporting that information back to key stakeholders with suggestions around how to improve in the future
Responsible for managing critical paths, timelines and the Marketing calendar pertaining to all social conten
Responsible for Monthly and fortnightly reporting (past and future)
Responsible for updating the wider business on social activities
Responsible on building brand loyalty. Maintaining the existing audience base while working on acquiring a new one
Ensure that all relevant projects are delivered efficiently and provide a tangible ROI
Conduct competitive content audits to identify new content ideas and staying aware of current market trends
Identify ways of improving profitability through effective investment
Manage the social budget
Identify ways of improving and streamlining processes which help deliver campaigns and projects on time, within budget and consistently
Identify new ways of working and own the production process from start to finish
Responsible for mentoring and developing your own career goals of development

This is a critical role for the business and so requires a minimum of 5 years experience within the sector.
