Position: Sales Managers x 8
Package: £25,000 -£30,000 p/annum, Pension, Holidays
Commission: Performance vs KPI’s, paid monthly, OTE £40-50k p/annum
KPI’s: Growth, Database, Revenue, key metrics (could be one or more of these)
Hours: 37.5hrs p/wk (flexible working 3 days office, 2 days home based)

This fantastic cool brand was established in 2012 from the vision of their innovative CEO. They wanted to combine sports nutrition and pharmaceuticals and make both widely available for the masses, having identified a gap in the market for high quality sports nutrition. Since then, they have grown internationally and now serve 74 countries including the USA, Australia, United Arab Emirates and mainland Europe. Based in Surrey in the UK, all products are UK manufactured with highly sought-after ingredients. Their aim is to provide fun and relatable content and have had fantastic partnerships with some of the world high profile influencers the likes of Khloe Kardashian, Demi Jones, Jack Fincham and Shaughna Phillips.
Responsible for a key growth area your challenge is an exciting one. Based on your experience, relationship building skills and sales background you could be strategically positions in on of the following key teams:
* Ecommerce (CRM, Affiliates, Market place)
* Retail (Famous high street stores, outlets)
The role is very target driven and will involved identifying and engaging with key decision makers in said markets. This is an outbound sales role which will involve a tremendous number of calls and conversations to achieve set targets and KPI’s in your designated area. The database is well populated so all you need is the hunger, desire, and passion to succeed to reach your targeted audience. This is a cool brand, with high-end luxurious products, working in a modern and vibrant office environment surrounded by extremely talented and like-minded go getters!
Full training will be provided on all key market sectors, so you do not need to have any experience in this space. What we are looking for is YOU! Your personality, hunger, and passion to succeed. So if you are extremely target driven and are experienced in B2B or B2C telesales or account management and want to earn what could be double your salary in commission then this opportunity is definitely one to pursue!
Desired Skills and Experience
* Outbound media sales & business development experience (3+ years)
* Familiar with structured campaigns and different products and solutions
* Ideally from an IT, Telecoms, Media, Mobile phone, Ecommerce sales background (although not essential)
* Passionate, enthusiastic, energetic and sales focussed!
* Excellent communication skills and a professional manner is also important
