We currently have an excellent opportunity for a highly customer service driven Receptionist to join our very professional Leeds based client on a permanent basis

Stationed front of house on the reception desk of recently refurbished offices, the successful candidate will be responsible for a varied workload.

Daily responsibilities will include:

* First point of contact for all visitors

* Manage meeting room bookings

* Prepare meeting rooms and organise/ order catering as required

* Manage switchboard and take and relay clear, accurate messages

* Meet and greet visitors to the office in a welcoming and professional manner

* Order and maintain stationery stock levels

* Support and look after the buildings and facilities

* Support other members of the admin team as required

* Maintain administrative systems

* Ad-hoc admin tasks

* Deliver and support various ad hoc projects

* Monitor and maintain H&S procedures

* Fire alarm testing

* Assist in meeting room set up

* Support during company functions

* Preparing and sending weekly digital client communications

Essential Requirements:

* Excellent communication skills

* Able to work under occasional pressure and handle multiple tasks
