The Accounts Assistant will provide support to the Chief Executive Officer for the processing of Grant Funding paperwork and payments, providing support in preparation of reports for Committee Meetings and taking of the minutes. General support with regards to Sales and Bought Ledger, Cash Flow, Budgets, Management Reports, Banking, support and preparation of Year End Accounts, Annual Reports, Risk Assessments including other office administration and association duties. The EALC has a Sage computer system to manage the Finances of the EALC. The successful applicant will be able to assist with the Financial and Administration activities of the Association and produce detailed management reports. They will also be a Team Player and take part at EALC major events. Minimum accounting qualification required at AAT level 3. The successful candidate will be able to use Sage.
