A leading multi-disciplinary consultancy, in Birmingham are seeking a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to help them with a number of exciting, high rise residential developments in the city.

They have offices across the UK and their strong name and reputation enables them to win large scale, multimillion pound, new build projects.
 
The suitable candidate must have experience working for a construction or real estate consultancy and have delivered projects valued between £3m - £30m as well as demonstrating strong client facing capabilities.

Project Manager/Senior Project Manager Requirements:

Post graduate qualifications in Project Management or Construction Management
Chartership of relevant professional organisation (strongly desired but not essential)
Experience managing the JCT form of contract at minimum, other forms would be beneficial.
You're ready to Progress your Career in a diverse and fast-moving environment.
Project Manager/Senior Project Manager Responsibilities:

Develop the strategy for procurement and delivery of various construction schemes from inception to ensure successful completion of complex projects
Assist the management/reporting requirements and the delivery of the project to the required standard, on time and within budget.
Promote, support and develop project teams to enhance project and business performance.
Comply with all relevant legislation, policies and procedures.
Strategically plan, monitor and control the work of self and others taking account of the priorities of projects. 
Act on behalf of clients, lead negotiations and co-ordinate client and supplier teams.
Manage Budgets and assist clients in defining project requirements. 
Report the commercial status of projects in accordance with company methods
Understand the factors affecting motivation of project team members and techniques for risk management.
Utilise MS Office, Ms Project, earned value and reporting tools.
Developing client relationships.
