A well-known luxury brand Skin and Beauty retailer is looking to recruit a HR & Payroll Assistant, based in Ladbroke Grove / Westbourne Park however moving to Central London soon. This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR Specialist who is looking to continue their career in a successful and reputable brand. Once restrictions are lifted this will be an office based position working in their new luxurious offices in Central London.

HR Duties:

Process all new starters and leavers including production of employment contracts, induction packs, reference requests, company handbooks, leaver letters and holiday payments.
Create and maintain all employee personnel files, ensuring archiving of leavers and cleansing of information held in line with the Data Protection Act.
Dealing with recruitment administration, including employment applications including adverts, shortlisting, interviews and offers.
Process all administration of annual pay review, employee survey and HR statistics.
Maintain the HR Database including sick absence and holiday reporting
Supporting all disciplinaries, grievances and all aspects of employee relations
Ensuring that HR is fully compliant with GDPR
First point of contact for HR /Payroll queriesPayroll duties:

Prepare (as required) monthly payroll. Preparation of payroll input forms to send to payroll provider and dealing with queries
Assist with reporting for payroll in line with HR and business requirements.
Working out variable overtime and commission and all aspects of pay
Collate monthly timesheets as required

Good knowledge and experience of Payroll and HR Administration
Strong MS Outlook, Excel and Word skills are essential. (At least to intermediary level)
Experience of HR including grievance and disciplinary process is essential.
Flexible and adaptable in approach to work with the ability to multi-task
Meticulous and accurate with excellent attention to detail
Good standard of formal education (A level preferred)
Above average literacy and numeracy
