We have an opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor, to join us on a permanent basis at our Upminster site.

Responsibilities

You’ll be the first point of contact for all Employee Relation cases, therefore knowledge on Employee Relations is a must, to enable you to support the Operational side of the business. You’ll be advising on investigations, performance management, absence management, as well as managing disciplinary and grievance cases.

You’ll be detail-orientated, articulate, confident, diplomatic, and resilient, with exceptional interpersonal skills to succeed in this role. You’ll have the ability to work collaboratively with the wider HR team and your allocated business areas. Whilst it can be demanding at times, you’ll be able to deal with the pressure and any challenge with ease. You’ll be forward thinking in terms of HR and Systems and able to, keep up with pace and change.

Qualifications

You’ll currently be working within a similar multi-site business as a trusted HR Advisor. You’ll have ample knowledge within General HR and Employee Relations issues whilst having Benefits Administration experience is desirable.

You’ll be reporting directly into the Senior HR Business Partner, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, flexibility is required in line with business needs.

When you join us, you will receive:

* Salary: c£30,000 (depending on experience)

* up to 4% bonus scheme, subject to achievement of targets.

* 25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays.
