Digital Marketing Manager

Our client produces and exhibits functional sculptures (known as ‘collectible design’) by international artists and designers working outside their traditional territories of expression. It is an exciting, cutting edge and ambitious entrepreneurial project with a global physical footprint (Paris, London, NY, Los Angeles)

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for: traffic & CRM with both a traffic management expertise and an advanced knowledge of CRM

You will be reporting directly to the head of marketing and working in tight collaboration with the head of Business development and the digital manager

Traffic Responsibilities:

* Manage advertising campaigns

* Monitor and optimize campaigns

* Optimize customer targeting and manage the KPIs of traffic acquisition campaigns (daily management and reporting)

* Gather the creative elements of campaigns with advertisers

* SEO:

* Development of the positioning strategy of the customer's e-commerce site in search engines: definition of keywords (evolving)

* SEM:

* Set up and optimize the SEM campaigns (Google Ads, Bing, Facebook Ads, etc.) for which you will be responsible, in accordance with the budget and marketing objectives

* Design of SEA strategies in line with customer needs (Shopping, Search, display, retargeting);

* Webmarketing:

* Support the client on his strategy and design with him a calendar of actions (in connection with his calendar of events: fairs and others)

* Analyze the different indicators that have been defined to monitor the progress of the site

* Manage the acquisition (optimization) of traffic, from strategy to implementation, to the analysis and measurement of the traffic generated and the conversion generated by this influx of visitors

* Run quantitative and qualitative analysis of traffic in order to increase the effectiveness of online advertising campaigns

* Manage the two junior community managers

CRM Responsibilities:

* Animate of the customer journey

* Pilot, test and optimize actions differentiated by client profiles in collaboration with the marketing and sales teams

* Design, measure and optimize direct marketing campaigns

* Use all means of communication and animation of the customer base and the prospect database

* Ensure the good performance and use of the data collected our database


* At least 5 years of a successful experience in a small/ medium firm or start-up as traffic manager / CRM manager – mandatory justification of the results of its online campaigns

* Knowledge of web, mobile and the principles of web and mobile advertising,

* Knowledge of targeted advertising networks and promotional practices,

* Communication and digital marketing skills,

* Link tracking techniques and mastery of marketing and analytical tools,

* Technical web languages ​​(HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.)
