Basic Salary: £30,000 to £35,000
· 15% commission on EVERYTHING from £1.

This is Sales Account Manager role is office based at our Minworth office. This means you could commute from areas such as Birmingham, Cannock, Coleshill, Coventry, Hinckley, Lichfield, Marston Green, Nuneaton, Small Heath, Sutton Coldfield, Tamworth, as well as Minworth itself.

· No cold calling - you'll be given all the warm leads you can manage.
· 15% commission from £1 - you'll get one of the best commission packages in the industry. We expect that you'll billing £10k GP per month - meaning a monthly £1,500 extra in your back pocket.
· A completely "blank slate" to work from - because you'll be part of a new team no one has "ownership" of any accounts.
We're already great at what we do - with a projected £100m turnover from our established B2C Business this year, because of our success you will join a totally new division exclusively targeting the B2B sector.
We need ambitious New Business / Sales Account Managers to come with us on our journey.
You'll be making outbound calls to question, consult, and constantly understand the needs of the business you're selling too. To begin with, new business will be your main focus, but you understand that nurturing accounts and building long-term relationships is where the real value (and rewards in sales) comes from.
Because we're a brand-new team there are no boundaries or established accounts. You'll have the opportunity to write your own monthly commission check and build a successful portfolio of clients across the sector.
Here's what you'll be doing:
· Engaging in outbound calls selling our full product range. You'll need to question and consult to understand the customers requirements and provide them with the best solution.
· Reporting into the senior management, you'll build a strong pipeline of future sales to achieve monthly profit targets.
· Developing meaningful lasting relationships with customers, vendors and distribution partners alike.
To join us YOU MUST HAVE previous experience within an IT Reseller or the IT Channel and have knowledge of IT (hardware) products and services. As well as:
· Self-confidence in finding new business and developing customer accounts to exceed sales targets.
· Tons of ambition, drive and tenacity, with the ability to pick up the phone and sell!!
