A prestigious fortune 500 company is on the search for an Informatica Jenkins Artifactory Application Support Senior. The application support senior tool infrastructure support team must have knowledge of Microstrategy, Informatica, Jenkins, Artifactory, and AWS on both applications and infrastructure. They will need to support these products on weekends, nights, and holidays. They will need experience with data reporting, ETL, CICD, Tableau, SAS, and Jenkins.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with your team to find solutions
  • Enhance user experience
  • Advise users on best practices of the tool you support or guide them to a tool that would better meet their needs
  • Implement large-scale upgrades/deployments
  • Build key automation to support both administrative and user activities
  • Participate in setting team goals on a quarterly basis
  • Guide junior team members through day-to-day tasks
  • Advise leadership on challenges and obstacles
  • Identify and document risks
  • Document and update best practices, standard operating procedures and lessons learned to help fellow team members
  • Plan/build/deploy/maintain applications within a Cloud environment
  • Provide input and direction on improving established processes
  • Provide first and second level support for external and internal customers
  • Prioritize, diagnose and manage customer reported issues
  • Prepare and review written documentation
  • Participate in installations/upgrades of Informatica/Artifactory/Jenkins
  • Report on and track feature requests and problems with third party vendors
  • Monitor the health, reliability and performance of already implemented solutions, detecting issues quickly and driving quality improvement over time
  • Implement development and design patters that enable the next generation of service infrastructure
  • Support an ecosystem of continuous delivery pipeline tooling, through integration and automation
  • Review, implement and support a wide range of tools and services
  • Collaborate with business and development teams to understand and aid our customers in establishing and achieving their goals
  • Provide both formal and informal training to Technical Support staff on various Application Server topics

Qualifications:

  • At least 5-7 years of providing application support for Informatica, Artifactory or Jenkins
  • 5+ years of experience building, deploying and maintaining applications in an AWS environment
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience with Agile and other project techniques
  • Able to develop and maintain documentation required to support server infrastructure for the tool(s) you support
  • Strong communications (written and verbal), in playing a leadership role and coordinating with peers and other disciplines on driving projects/issues to closure
  • Provide on-call support during nights, weekends and holidays
  • Ability to adhere to and enforce company and department processes, standards and controls on security, change management and risk
  • Experience working with Jira and Confluence tools
