IT Helpdesk Engineer - Cork
Our client, an international and well-established leader in the delivery of business process services is now looking for permanent IT Helpdesk Engineers.
The successful candidate will be providing L1 and L2 technical support for incidents, service requests and other IT issues.
You will image and deploy Desktops/Laptops/Thin Clients and any other End User Computing as required.
You will handle configuration issues, troubleshooting, software installations and hardware repair.
You will own or contribute to the timely resolution of IT incidents and problems, liaising with the wider IT service desk and the Capita Customer Solutions IT infrastructure team.
Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
Strong troubleshooting skills
Experience with Microsoft Active Directory
Knowledge of ITIL processes for ITSM
Passion for learning new technologies
