IT Business Analyst with Genesys Contact Centre solutions experience

The project is Telephony system implementation for large and critical contact centre project
The contractor will need to work as an IT business analyst to define, fine tune and process requirements. You will work in a business technology space, meaning that you have conversation with business owners of the solution to define further enhancements, and you also work closely with the internal technical groups to implement and deliver the enhancements. Your role is focused on defining, managing requirements, detail out so technical teams can implement correctly, follow up, and manage testing both SIT (system integration testing) and UAT (user acceptance testing), finally follow up and align on release to production and manage communications with business.
We require somebody with a minimum of three years experience within the environment of contact center technology projects.
Genesys PureCloud, SalesForce.com integration
- Agile methodology for requirements management,
- Knowledge of Genesys solutions (not in depth technical knowledge)
- Preferably knowledge of integrations with SFDC (not in depth technology),
- Experience in UAT management,
- Some project management skills.
Fluent English is mandatory, however additional language skills French or Dutch are also welcome.
Services can be delivered remotely so we can consider candidates from any EU country, however ability to travel to Belgium on a semi regular basis will also be required once current covid restrictions allow.
