Due to continued growth, our client has a new opportunity for a Sales Manager to join their small, family orientated business employing 60 people over 2 sites. Along with a competitive and progressive salary, our client is offering a company bonus of 8%, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, training, progression opportunities, healthcare cash plan, competitive pension scheme, death in service, a laptop, and a mobile phone.  

Joining them in Wolverhampton, you will be responsible for the strategic development of new and existing key accounts within the organisation in the UK, USA, and Asia. 

As a Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Developing new profitable business in the sale and development of unique products designed to meet the customer’s needs, primarily in the UK, USA, and Asia. This will include identifying prospects, following leads, preparing quotes, winning new business, and updating the sales team on progress. 
Building and maintaining relationships with existing customers.
Managing and growing existing key accounts in UK, USA, and Asia to ensure the legacy business grows and that new opportunities are taken.
Providing relevant pricing and negotiating terms with new and existing customers.
Working as part of a sales team but with individual responsibility for sales targets and growth.
Developing Distributor relationships internationally.
Using CRM software to manage the business portfolio.
Travelling significantly within the territory as required.
Organising and attending industry networking events and seminars.
Our client is looking for a Sales Manager who has the following skills and experiences: 

Ambitious, driven, and hard-working with a "can-do attitude and hands-on approach”.
Excellent communication skills. 
Flexible in terms of meeting customer needs, travel, and reporting, especially if required to join strategic meetings outside normal working hours.
Innovative and Entrepreneurial attitude to business development. 
European Languages – would be desirable but not essential. 
Clean Driving Licence. 
British/EU passport is essential as regular overseas travel will be required.
Originally formed in 1966, the business diversified into the specialist application of non-stick coatings to metal coils in the mid 1980’s. They have ambitious growth plans and are keen to find a motivated, ambitious, and driven individual who has the ability to progress to a senior role as part of our long-term succession plans.
