Clinical Psychologist or Counselling Psychologist

I am working with a market leading service in Newham area of London who are looking for a qualified and experienced Clinical Psychologist or Counselling Psychologist to join their service. The service are looking for a qualified Clinical Psychologist or Counselling Psychologist to aid in delivering input to adults suffering from Complex Needs such as Trauma, Personality Disorder, Anxiety and more.

Working in a service like this helps make the role that much more enjoyable because you will receive training and excellent clinical supervision within an excellent team and with a highly regarded manager. This will allow you to be confident in your role whilst gaining valuable experience and expanding your key skills and development within the area of Complex Needs.

With this Clinical Psychologist or Counselling Psychologist role you will work either face to face or on a fully remote basis, so that you will have the security to work from home during this period of uncertainty. This will provide you with comfort in knowing that you won't be required to put your family or loved ones at risk moving forward with the guarantee of job security.

Working in a service like this helps make the role that much more enjoyable because you will have the opportunity to work as a Clinical Psychologist or Counselling Psychologist whilst receiving training and clinical supervision, so that you will have support and guidance along with the flexibility to make your own decisions. Your responsibilities would be:

Providing a high quality, effective and safe mental health and wellbeing psychological service to Customers using evidence-based practice.
Providing comprehensive formulations that drive effective evidence-based interventions and treatments for Customers.
Working effectively at an individual level with differing models of service delivery including face-to-face, telephone or video consultation depending on Customer need.
Adhering to Health Clinics Governance & Risk Policies and Procedures at all times.
Providing measurable and effective clinical outcomes.

Requirements:

Professional doctorate qualification in Clinical/Counselling Psychology as accredited by the British Psychological Society.
Health and Care Professions Council registration as a qualified Chartered Clinical/Counselling Psychologist.
